Clients may bring their own hair color products, but the salon and stylists are not responsible for any allergic reactions, color results, damage to hair/skin, or adverse outcomes from products not supplied by the salon.
Clients must sign a waiver acknowledging that the product is being used at their own risk.
2. Professional Judgment & Right to Refuse
Stylists retain the right to refuse application of outside products if they believe it could lead to:
– Poor results
– Hair damage
– Safety risks
– Violation of professional standards
3. Communication
Clients must disclose:
– Any allergies or sensitivities
– Previous color history
– Home tests/strands already treated
